Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm so glad you've found this site! 

I'm a health and life coach exclusively for young women and my mission is to help you master your health so you can live your best life and become the woman you're meant to be!

You're insanely busy making your way in the world. I totally get it. You want to be healthy and look great, but somehow your personal health and wellness takes a back seat because taking care of yourself seems so complicated and confusing. 

that's where I come in.

There are so many options when it comes to figuring out how to take care of ourselves. It's incredible to see so many people working to help others improve their health but in my experience as a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and life coach working primarily with females throughout my coaching career, many of my clients came to be because they were fed up. They'd tried every diet, invested in every program, purchased every product, and they feel like they'd failed dozens of times. What's more, they were completely overwhelmed by all the options and what's actually right for them!

As a young woman, your body and mind are both still growing, and many of the choices you make at this point in your life will affect your future self. For me personally, I struggled a lot as a teen and all throughout my twenties with self-confidence, body image issues, and figuring out how to eat and train to look and feel my best. I  thought that dieting, starvation, and lots of cardio were the answer. Through many years of struggle and overcoming my own battles, I eventually found myself working towards becoming a coach, and through my years of school and training I learned the fundamental concepts of basic nutrition, movement, and self-care. 

I've spent the better part of my coaching career teaching my clients those fundamental principles that make up a healthy lifestyle -in essence- the simple things we can do each and every single day to improve our health, have our dream physique, love our bodies, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle that compliments who we are and what we want to achieve in life.
