Who this Healthy Boss 1:1 VIP Training Program is for:
If you're tired of diving into new fitness programs or working with trainers who promise a lot but deliver very little in the way of lasting results, this program is for you. This 100-day, intensive one-on-one program is designed to help us define your goal, identify barriers, create a plan targeted at achieving results, and set you up for success by identifying what works for you personally and focusing on that through the duration of the program. Most of today's programs provide you with a workout plan, a meal plan, and little-to-no interaction with the trainer for questions, education, and direction. My VIP Training program gives you consistent access to me and accountability for you so we can work side-by-side in helping you reach you your goal.
