I want to provide you with a both fundamental education that will carry you throughout the rest of your life, as well as a lifestyle action plan that you can practice for the rest of your life.

My teaching and training is founded on science-backed principles and tried and true methods of healthy living--eat well most of the time, move your body often in ways that feel good to you, hydrate alway, and get restful sleep and minimize stress. 

Through my teaching I believe we can help solve your biggest health issues and get you to a healthy and happy place, and also that we'll contribute to the greater good of a healthier, better prepared, more informed society when it comes to our health.
