I'm currently providing one-on-one coaching only! 

Hands down, my clients who've had the best success are those who've worked one-on-one with me for several months. It is through that one-on-one interaction we form a connection, dig deep into what you truly want, and then create a custom-tailored plan to achieve YOUR personal goals. 

I'm not into free challenges, 21-day "fixes" or short-term unrealistic goals. What I value as a coach, through learning about my own body, studying the research and science behind the methods that work, and then implementing the best of these methods, is that it is my purpose, my gift, and what I see as my personal responsibility is not just to tell you what to do, but to teach you why it's important to your longterm health and happiness. 

My reason for working exclusively with young women is simple: I    had a really tough time growing up with learning how to love myself. Given all my studying, training, practice, experience, and continued years of coaching, I'm now better suited to take care of myself, but also to teach young women around the world not just how to develop the skills to love themselves, but also to help them create a healthy mind, body, and soul and to form those healthy habits as a young person so that they last a lifetime. I believe and know for sure that this is my personal purpose in making the world a healthier place. 

Together, through one-on-one coaching, we'll get to know one another, determine your goals, figure out what's working well for you and what's not, we'll take a look at your schedule and find ways to implement healthy habits into your life, and then we'll create a custom-tailored plan suited just for you. We're not creating this program based on your girlfriends, or what your mom does, or what that girl in the magazine looks like...instead we're determining what you truly want and creating a fail-proof plan for you to achieve it. 

How does that sound?

What you can expect from me is that I'll meet you where you are. If you need a little tough love, I'm here to give it. If you need a shoulder to cry on, I'll bring the tissues. Too often we feel that we're alone in our journey. Together, I'll walk right beside you to help build you up, cheer you on, and keep you motivated to achieve the things you're already capable of. 

That's the thing, girly girl. You can totally have, do, and be anything you want. Everything you dream of can be yours. All those things you lay in bed thinking about at night...you really can do it. And when you learn ways to take care of yourself- ways that are personally tailored to you- well there's really no stopping you in creating the life you want and becoming the woman you're meant to be in this world. 

What we're going to do together is figure out what works best for YOU, and then we'll begin implementing those things into your life in a simple and stress-free way. 

When we work together one-on-one, there's no "good" or "bad" or "right" or "wrong" and there's absolutely no "failure." We're not going to "diet" and we're not going to measure our success by numbers on a scale, but rather by how you feel in your heart. I've found in all my years of coaching that anyone really can lose weight, but if you hate yourself in the process and aren't happy about who you are and don't have the tools to love yourself, then all the effort is wasted on an unhappy soul. 

That's not going to be you.

Here's how this one-on-one coaching works:

  • We'll work together for 90 days
  • Once we get in contact and determine if this program is the right fit for you, we'll take care of some forms and payment (I accept payment in full or monthly installments via Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal)
  • Using the forms you fill out and the chat we have, I'll create a custom-tailored program that will include both nutrition, exercise, and life coaching aspects to help you reach your personal goals
  • You'll get a total of 3-5 programs within the 90 days, depending on progress
  • We'll schedule several check-in calls to make sure you're on the right track and we're making the most of achieving your goals
  • At the end of the 90 days you'll have the opportunity for us to continue working together or we'll get you set on the right path for what's next for you!
